Description

Taken in Winter 2013 this photograph was taken from Spion Kop on Khyber Pass. The snow had fallen heavily in Whitby for most of the day and had laid right down to sea level.

This shot was taken not long after sun set and it was still snowing lightly but i managed to keep that off the lens.

As you can see, the snow had laid right down to water level and can be seen on the famous Tate Hill Sands which is where Dracula was shipwrecked in Brahms Stokers novel “Dracula”
