I was once again lucky enough to be asked to go on BBC Countryfile to discuss my activities here in North Yorkshire. Some of you may remember that myself and group of friends filmed with Countryfile for a days cod fishing at Runswick Bay back in early 2016.

Yesterday I was lucky enough to work with Countryfile once again, this time discussing my occupation as a photographer here in Whitby and The North York Moors National Park area.

Without wanting to give away too much, we filmed at locations in the Esk valley and discussed wildlife photography looking at my passion for photographing Migratory fish, Birds of prey and other wildlife found in the area.

Im told the program will go on air on Sunday 3rd December 2017. Although I hate seeing myself on camera, Ive always had body image issues which mean I hate to be photographed, I will look forward to seeing the end result and hearing your feedback here and on my Facebook group.

I will openly admit that I am far from the best Wildlife Photographer around. But I have a huge passion for Wildlife in our area, and I have the desire to improve on my knowledge and photographs as I progress. Anyone interested in seeing any of my photographs to date could read some of my blog posts here.
